The Lorina Chifney Bit are not to be used for riding but for leading difficult horses. A chifney bit is used to prevent a horse for rearing. The bit attaches to a headpiece and has a single ring to attach a lead rope. The V shape mouthpiece will apply strong pressure to your horse's tongue should they try to rear or pull.
