How do I sign up for the EQUUS Rosette Reward program?
Joining is simple and free! Just create an account on our website, and you’ll be automatically enrolled in the EQUUS Rosette Reward program.
What are the advantages of joining the EQUUS Rosette Reward program?
Our rewards program is a point system program that allows you to earn points every time you shop and spend however you wish! Members receive EQUUS Rosette Points for each purchase, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of their next purchase.

How can I check my points balance?
Log into your EQUUS Rosette Reward account, and your points balance will be displayed in the EQUUS Rosette Rewards dashboard.
Where can I find all of my rewards account info?
You can find out all of the rewards from the EQUUS Rosette Rewards dashboard, simply log in from here.
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account and login before placing an order so you don't miss out on any points!
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points.
Do Points Expire?
Points will expire within 365 days.

How do I redeem my points?
Log into your EQUUS Rosette Reward account and head to the "Ways To Redeem Points" section. You’ll be able to see the points available to redeem, plus a number of coupon options ranging from £10 - £20.
Select an amount you wish to redeem. The coupon you’ve chosen is then automatically added to your account. Shop away and make sure to apply the coupon at basket!
Your points expire after 12 months. Once your points are converted into credits, you can use your credit for up to 90 days, after which it will expire automatically.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Nope! That’s the best part about being part of the EQUUS Rosette Reward program! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, and engaging with our brand and community online.
What is the minimum number of points I need before I can start spending?

The minimum amount you can redeem is 300 Points for free delivery or 500 points for a cash coupon.
Do Points Expire?
Points will expire within 365 days.
Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
Please allow a week after your order has been dispatched for your points to appear on your account. If they have not appeared after a week, please Contact Us and our dedicated team will investigate.

Rewards Queries

Do my Rosette Rewards expire?
Yes, rewards expire if they are not used within 90 days from the date they were redeemed. We’ll send you a reminder email before they expire to make sure you don’t miss out.
Can I use the rewards with other promotions?
Sorry, the rewards are not allowed to stack with other discounts or promotions.

Birthday Reward

How can I get a birthday reward?
Add your birthday in your personal information section.
On your birthday, we will send you 300 extra Rosette Points into your account, which will be valid for 365 days from the date of your birthday.
