The Korsteel French Link Three Ring Dutch Gag Bit is milder on the horse's mouth than a single-jointed gag, due to the french link reducing the nutcracker action on the tongue and roof of the mouth. The main action of this bit works on the poll of your horse. The amount of poll pressure can be increased by attaching the reins to the bottom rings. The bottom rings have the most amount of pressure and therefore make the bit stronger. This versatile bit can be used with one reins, two reins or with roundings.
