Welcome to the EQUUS Rosette Reward Loyalty Programme. Rosette Rewards is our own unique loyalty programme, designed to reward our loyal customers for shopping with us and choosing EQUUS as their go to store for equestrian clothing and tack.
The EQUUS Rosette Reward loyalty programme is completely FREE to join, has been designed by riders, for riders and is just one of our ways of saying thank you for your continued support. We pride ourselves on putting our customers and customer feedback at the heart of everything we do.
As well as receiving FREE UK Delivery on All Orders Over £30 on all orders from EQUUS, you will also receive 4 Rosette Reward points for every £1 you spend with us, whether your buying from our:

How to Start Earning Rosette Rewards
To start earning Rosette Reward points, firstly you will need to create an account with us. This can be done by clicking the button below:
Create NEW Account
Once your account has been created, you will automatically receive 200 Rosette Reward points, which will be added to your account. To access your account, simply look for the Account icon, located at the top of the screen. To login, enter your registered Email Address and password. From here, simply navigate to the Rosette Rewards section of your account. You will receive 4 Rosette Reward points for every £1 you spend with us (or 1 Rosette Reward point for every 25 pence spent), with each Rosette Reward point being worth 0.5 pence.
How else can I earn Rosette Rewards?
You can earn additional Rosette Reward points in a number of different ways, detailed in the table below. These Rosette Reward points will be added to your account automatically, provided you are registered with an account and logged in.

Sign up to the EQUUS Newsletter | Sign up to the EQUUS Newsletter and receive 150 Rosette Reward points. This can be completed from your account, or via the bottom of the page. |

Like EQUUS on Facebook | Follow the link from your EQUUS Account and click the Like EQUUS on Facebook icon. Upon liking us, you will receive your 20 Rosette Reward points. |

Follow EQUUS on Instagram | Follow us on Instagram and you will receive 20 Rosette Reward points. This can be completed by clicking the Follow EQUUS on Instagram button, located in your EQUUS Account. |

Follow EQUUS on Twitter | Click on the Follow EQUUS on Twitter button, located in your account and upon completion of the action you will receive your 20 Rosette Reward points. |

Celebrate your Birthday | To celebrate your special day, simply click on the Celebrate your Birthday button located in your account, enter your birthday, and 600 Rosette Reward points will be on their way to you when your special day arrives. |

Sign up to the EQUUS Refill Supplement Subscription Service and receive 50 Rosette Reward points. You'll also receive an Additional 5% Discount on all Supplements, together with FREE Delivery. Note: A maximum of one reward can be redeemed. |

Refer a Friend | For every friend you refer, you'll receive 1,000 Rosette Reward points (worth £5), with your friend receiving a £5 discount when they spend £30 or more on their first order. Simply copy your referral code from your account and share it with your friends via Email or Social Media. |

Double Rosette Reward Points on Orders Placed on Thursday | For all orders placed on Thursday, you would earn Double Rosette Reward points. This would mean that for every £1 you spent, you would receive 8 Rosette Reward points, rather than the usual 4. |

75 Bonus Rosette Reward Points When You Spend Over £75 | Spend £75 or more on any qualifying order, and receive 75 Bonus Rosette Reward points. |

Different offers available every week | Stay subscribed to our newsletters and Rosette Reward emails to receive exclusive offers and promotions on all your favourite brands. |
Rosette Rewards - Redeeming a Reward
Redeeming Rosette Reward points couldn't be simpler. Once you have accumulated enough Rosette Reward points, simply login to your account and then click on the Rosette Rewards link. Choose the reward you wish to receive from the £2.50, £5, £10, £15, £20, £25 or £50 voucher options and then copy the promotional code given.
From here, once you are ready to checkout, simply enter your promotional code at checkout and the value of the voucher will be deducted from your order. Do not worry if you click away from your account to continue shopping and lose the promotional code, as this will also be emailed to your registered email address. The promotional code will typically look something like this:

Remember
You must access your account and place an order at least once every six months. Your Rosette Reward points are valid from the time of placing your last order with EQUUS, so make sure you use your account regularly so as to not lose your Rosette Reward points. Any accounts which have been inactive for six months or longer will have their Rosette Reward points balance reset to 0.
