After much discussion, we settled upon the introduction of a VIP Rewards programme - VIP Rosette Rewards.
We wanted to give our customers the opportunity to earn additional rewards purchasing their favourite equestrian clothing and tack. With EQUUS VIP Rosette Rewards, you'll have the opportunity to earn more Rosette Rewards points on orders, visiting the EQUUS website regularly, signing up for our newsletters, following us on social media and even gaining access to exclusive content and new products up to 48 hours before general release.
How does the EQUUS VIP Rosette Rewards programme work?
All new and existing accounts will be automatically enrolled into our first tier; 'Yellow'. Members of the Yellow tier will qualify for our basic EQUUS Rosette Rewards programme, earning points when they spend, follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletters. Customers in our middle tier, 'Blue' will benefit from additional Rosette Reward points and benefits when they shop with us. Our third tier, 'Red' will offer customers the opportunity to earn the best rewards. Members of the Red and Blue VIP Rosette Reward tiers will also gain access to exclusive offers and discounts up to 48 hours before general release.

How do I keep my Blue and Red Rosette Rewards rewards?
The VIP Rosette Rewards tier that you qualify for is based on a 12-month rolling basis. If you meet the spend criteria for that 12 month period, you will continue to earn the rewards from that tier. If you. however, fail to reach the criteria, you will drop down a tier. Therefore, to get the most from the EQUUS VIP Rosette Rewards programme, make sure you log in to your account regularly.
You must access your account and place an order at least once every six months. Your Rosette Rewards are valid from the time of placing your last order with EQUUS, so make sure you use your account regularly so as to not lose your Rosette Rewards points. Any accounts which have been inactive for six months or longer will have their Rosette Rewards balances reset to 0.
