The Shires Highlander Original Lightweight 0g Neck Cover adds comfort for your horse on rainy warmer days. Use with the Shires Highlander Original Lightweight 0g Standard Turnout Rug. It quickly attaches to the rug to keep your horses neck dry. Featuring our comfortable contour shaping, the neck cover attaches to the rug D-rings with double sided touch close straps. The neck attachment is made from ShireTex® 600 denier ripstop material that is waterproof and breathable. Available in Teal with Yellow or Navy Forest.
