The Shires Equikind+ Jointed Bevel Bit offers slightly more leverage than a traditional loose ring snaffle, making it a great option for slightly stronger horses and ponies. The lozenge offers more distribution of pressure, encouraging a softer contact. The rings are larger on the 5" and 5.5" so the bit remains in proportion with larger horse heads.
