The curved shape of the bit and its position in the mouth eliminates the nutcracker tongue-pinching action and allows more room for your horse's tongue. There is no direct pressure on the tongue or bars of the mouth and replaces bit interference with humane comfort. The rings on a loose ring rotate around on the mouthpiece making it more difficult for your horse to brace against it.
