Gold Label's Epsom Salts may be used internally or externally. It is an old fashioned drawing agent and has an osmotic effect drawing water into the gut. Epsom salts play an integral role in assisting the body to rid itself of toxins, sedate the nervous system, and in maintaining a healthy intestinal tract. Also, they are are traditionally used for soaking feet and when poulticing the hoof or lower limb.
Feeding Guidelines
When feeding feed 10g per 100kg of body weight - split between two feeds.
Soaking - Add approximately 2 heaped tablespoons of Epsom Salts to 1-2 litres of hot water and dissolve. Use this mixture so soak your horses hoof.
