So how does it work?
When you're adding your favourite supplement to your basket, simply select "subscription" and then you can specify how often you would like to receive your repeat delivery. You can then add your supplement to your basket, check-out as usual and we will deliver you supplement straight to your door.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! There's no commitment from you and you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
Can I change my delivery?
Yes, you can easily alter the frequency of deliveries whenever you need to.
Will I still be eligible for offers on my chosen products?
Absolutely! You won't miss out on any offers because we'll automatically apply any discount.
Can I have more than one subscription at a time?
Yes. If you need products delivered at different frequencies then simply add them to your basket as you would any other product. And remember, you can adjust the frequency, pause or cancel at any time in your account page.
Is there a notice period for cancelling a subscription?
No. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. Just head over to your account page and click on 'Manage Subscriptions' to get started.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Your payment details are stored securely on our encrypted servers. EQUUS complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation, and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential.
When will you send out my subscription order?
We'll aim to ensure you receive your order on the date selected. Please note, this may not always be possible due to Bank Holidays, weekends and stock availability.
How do I get in touch if I have a question or need help?

- payments for subscriptions will be taken when your order is prepared for despatch.
- if for any reason the payment fails, we will contact you for alternative payment.
- prices charged for products will be the same as those charged on our website at that time, therefore regular deliveries will benefit from any promotional activity in place at the time.
