EQUUS will remain fully operational for the duration of the national lockdown and will continue to process all orders as efficiently as possible.
The rapidly changing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is a source of uncertainty for all of us. We know you’re concerned and so are we.
At times like this communication is key. I'll use this page to share what EQUUS is doing in response to this public health crisis and to let you know how we’ll continue to provide you with the high level of support and service you’ve come to expect from us.
First and foremost, the health and safety of our community — our employees, customers, and suppliers — is our top priority.
We’ve been closely monitoring the situation and following the guidance of public health experts. Based on that guidance, we’ve introduced measures to protect our staff.
Despatch & Delivery
The team at EQUUS are all working really hard to process all orders as efficiently as possible. However, please note that some orders may take longer to arrive with customers, especially on the run up to Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas.
We are keeping in regular dialogue with our delivery partners Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD, and will continue to keep customers updated with the progress of their orders.
All our office staff are now working from home. Whilst not customer facing, these staff do a lot of the legwork in making sure the website is kept up-to-date, our social media runs smoothly and your orders are processed efficiently.
We continue to be committed to getting your orders out quickly and efficiently. Our warehouse remains open with deliveries running as normal. Furthermore, our warehouse works to strict Health & Safety and Public Health guidelines. I am monitoring all operations daily to ensure we are following the latest guidelines and that we are operating in the safest way possible.
Our suppliers are working normally and we are receiving deliveries into our warehouse every day.

We know also that the coronavirus pandemic is presenting many challenges for you, your family and loved ones; throughout this crisis we will continue to provide you with the best service we can.
To reassure you, nothing has changed in our customer service team, or the way you can contact us.
We also don't want you to worry if you need anything essential for your horse. Remember, we offer free delivery on all orders, no matter how much you spend. So even if you just need a new hoof pick, we'll ship it to you, free of delivery charges.
