Founded in 1979 by animal psychologist Dr Roger Mugford and based on a 100 acre working farm in Surrey, Halti develop products that help owners and their pets find an enriched life and improve animal welfare. The first and most famous product to be developed was the Halti Headcollar, an aid to train dogs against pulling on their leads. The farm has its own Training and Behaviour Centre, providing a great base in which to test new designs and principles of animal training.
