Keratex Hoof Gel

The Keratex Hoof Gel is designed for horses that hooves become soft or crumbly when saturated with water, mud or urine. It is designed for wet weather use, to provide a breathable, waterproof, protective layer over the whole hoof capsule. This will prevent the hooves from splitting, softening or breaking up and allow suitable conditions for the hooves to recover, also suitable for horses prone to mud fever. It is absorbed into the hoof and so will not wash off in the field and provides a powerful hydrophobic coating.
