Equi Life's NoMetSyn is a nutritional supplement which can aid weight loss, supporting the health of your horse or pony. It is the natural alternative to the drug Metformin, which improves insulin sensitivity. It is most effective when combined with a high fibre low calorie diet, such as those feeds approved by the Laminitis Trust, and when haylage is excluded from the diet.
Feeding Guidelines
Feed 6.4gm per 200kg bodyweight per day for 7 days, then 1.5gm per 200kg bodyweight daily thereafter.
