It is an ideal training block and is particularly useful for grid work. Incorporated on each side is a handle making it very easy to carry. A plastic bung is provided so the jump block can be filled with sand or water if necessary to make it heavier. Minimum jumping height is 21.5cm, and the Maximum jumping height is 92cm.
