Under New Management

We would like to let our customers know that EQUUS is under new management. This took place on Tuesday 19th September. It will continue to trade as EQUUS and the website address will still be the www.equus.co.uk .

Kim Horton will continue as CEO along with a few members of the old EQUUS Team. She’ll work with the new owner on improvements to customer service, speed of fulfilment and refunds. The brands and range that equestrians have come to expect will also still be the key focus along with those must-have every day essentials. All of which means you can look forward to a better shopping experience in the future.

For orders placed after 19th September

If you require information on an order you’ve placed, please view our Delivery Information page

For orders placed before 19th September

If you placed an order before 19th September and you haven’t received it, you will need to contact your bank or credit card company to initiate a chargeback. This will allow you to reclaim the funds for your order.

Returning an item ordered before 19th September

If you have an item that you ordered before 19th September and you want to return it, you will need to keep the item as we are not in a position to accept returns and refund them if they were placed under the old company.

Refund for returned item ordered before 19th September

If you have already returned an item ordered before the 19th September that was received at our warehouse after 19th September, we will return the item back to you as we are not in a position to accept returns if they were placed under the old company. 

Refund for cancelled item ordered before 19th September

If you are waiting for a refund for an order you cancelled and you ordered it before 19th September, you will need to contact your bank or credit card company to initiate a chargeback. This will allow you to reclaim the funds for your cancelled order.
