Our normal returns period is extended to Friday 11 January 2019 to allow any returns or exchanges for gifts bought for Christmas. Please note, this applies to any orders placed on or after Friday 9 November 2018. If you need an exception to this (e.g. if you're away after Christmas) then please call us and let us know so we can make a note on your order.
