NAF's Mare, Foal & Youngstock Supplement is a complex formula designed to provide all the micronutrients required to support optimum rather than maximum growth. It's suitable for pregnant and lactating mares.
Feeding Guidelines
NAF recommend that Mare, Foal & Youngstock is fed daily to the mare from three months before foaling through to weaning, and to the foal up until four years of age.
Add to feed daily to balance the diet of broodmares and growing youngsters, particularly those on a high fibre, low concentrate ration. Provides micronutrients essential to healthy growth and development.
Horse and Pony Broomares:
Horses feed 60g - 90g per day = 4 - 6 scoops per day.
Ponies feed 30g - 60g per day = 2 - 4 scoops per day.
Youngsters:
Up to 200kg feed 30g per day = 2 scoops per day.
200kg to 400kg feed 30g - 60g per day = 2 - 4 scoops per day.
400kg plus feed 60g - 90g per day = 4 - 6 scoops per day.
