The Omega Equine Flax Oil, also known as linseed oil, is packed with essential fatty acids, particularly omega 3 but also some omega 6. These include, sustaining basic cellular health, essential fatty acids maintain cell form and function, which are responsible for helping the body perform many biological functions. Helps to maintain a healthy coat and skin, making for a full and shiny coat and skin. Flax oil also supports joint health and mobility, especially for horses who experience stiffness. It has been shown to help manage the build-up of lactic acid in muscles, which is a common cause of fatigue in performance horses whilst also helping to sustain a healthy circulatory system. Can also be used to aid weight gain in poor doers.
