The Sprenger Jointed Eggbutt Snaffle is made from stainless steel that is very durable and does not rust. It has a single joint and eggbutt rings that puts direct pressure on the tongue and lower jaw due to the fixed mouthpiece. The eggbutt rings are excellent for young or fussy horses as there is not too much movement.
